Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
Yes — Stripe securely stores your card details for when the trial ends. You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period and can cancel at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from Settings → Manage Billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I hit my cover letter limit?
On the Starter plan, your AI cover letter count resets on the 1st of each month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited letters.
Is my data secure?
All traffic is HTTPS-encrypted. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Use the Stripe Customer Portal from Settings.
